DNS User Agreement


The following document outlines the terms and conditions for the usage of EngSoc's DNS server. 
If one or more of these conditions are not met, the EngSoc Board of Governors reserve the right
to revoke the services provided.

       1.     The DNS service must be provided to a holder of an EngSoc account and thus complying
       with conditions set by  the EngSoc User Agreement.

       2.     The website referenced by EngSoc's DNS server must comply with the ethical
       requirements set forth by the Professional Engineers of Ontario. Primary among those
       ethical requirements are:
         a.   The site cannot contain sexually explicit material
         b.   The site must not degrade or discriminate against any people
         c.   The site cannot distribute illegal software or data

       3.     The EngSoc Board of Governors has final interpretation of this agreement and all disputes
       resulting from this agreement.

       4.     EngSoc provides no guarantee as to the reliability of service provided.

       5.     This agreement must be renewed annually by October 21st. After that date, the DNS entry
       will be deleted.
